Fortnite Treasure Hunters Mini-Season Launches November 1 with New Map and One Piece Abilities
The pirate-themed update introduces a new 80-player map, One Piece character abilities, and crews led by A$AP Rocky and Lil Uzi Vert.

Fortnite's Treasure Hunters mini-season launches on November 1, bringing a new pirate-themed Battle Royale map and abilities from the One Piece anime.
The update is expected to go live around 4 AM PT / 7 AM ET on November 1 following server downtime.
Players will battle on Crossbones Isle, a new 80-player map featuring locations from One Piece like Arlong Park and Windmill Village, as well as a battleship belonging to A$AP Rocky.
The map will change throughout the mini-season as new captains and their crews arrive to take over points of interest.
The adventure begins with the Straw Hat Crew and the A$AP Rocky Crew, with Lil Uzi Vert, Cap’n Hatsune Miku, and Kasane Teto joining in the following weeks.
One of the biggest additions is the inclusion of One Piece abilities, allowing players to use Luffy’s Gum-Gum Fruit, wield Zoro’s Three Sword Style, and fight with other items inspired by the anime.
These abilities will be available across the island at launch, but players will need to board A$AP Rocky’s battleship and challenge him to obtain his weapon.
New Sprites are also confirmed for the season, with more arriving during special Captain’s Days events that will introduce new weapons and map additions throughout November.
The first Captain’s Day event begins on November 1 at 9 AM ET, with four more dates scheduled for later in the month.
Mastery Mondays and Treasure Hours Sundays will run throughout the mini-season, offering bonuses like Captain’s weapons at the start of matches and boosted drops.
The Treasure Hunters Battle Pass will feature One Piece characters Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin, alongside new anime versions of Fortnite Originals Jonesy, Cuddle Team Leader, and Charlotte.
Players who gift the Battle Pass to a friend will receive the Dark Kawaii Team Leader Outfit style, Epic Games said.
Collaborations extend to the Item Shop, with Luffy, Nami, and Usopp arriving at launch and more One Piece characters to follow.
A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert, Kasane Teto, and Cap’n Hatsune Miku will also get Shop releases during November, with Chopper listed specifically as a Sidekick.
The trailer for the season suggests the map will be colorful and pirate-themed, featuring bright colors, cherry blossom trees, and numerous small islands.
Boats are expected to return for travel between islands, alongside features like a circular maze, hidden vaults, deep caves, and the One Piece treasure chest.
New weapons shown include dual-wielded swords, pirate-themed shotguns, an old-fashioned rifle, returning cannons, rocket launchers, and potential slingshots and throwable bombs.
The footage also appears to feature oranges, potentially as a healing item.
Treasure hunting is expected to be a central activity, with hidden vaults and battles over loot, though Epic Games has not confirmed the complete gameplay loop.
The mini-season will build toward a Chapter 7 end event on Saturday, December 5, with Epic Games teasing that time is on players’ side “for now.”
Redington Cybersport reported in October that the pirate-themed mini-season will feature collaborations with A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert, and Hatsune Miku.
