Fortnite's Lil Flacko Sprite Guaranteed by Defeating A$AP Rocky
The Legendary companion is a guaranteed drop from the boss at The $.$. Rocky, providing a landing shockwave for crowd control.
The Lil Flacko Sprite, a Legendary companion in Fortnite's Treasure Hunters season, is a guaranteed drop for players who defeat the boss A$AP Rocky.
Defeating the boss at The $.$. Rocky point of interest provides the standard version of the Sprite, making it the most reliable acquisition method.
"This Sprite creates a small landing shockwave that pushes nearby enemies away, providing useful crowd control during cramped, close-range combat," one guide explained.
His rewards also include the Shock Rocket Exotic Rocket Launcher.
How do you get the Lil Flacko Sprite?
The primary method is to locate and defeat A$AP Rocky at The $.$. Rocky on the far eastern side of the map.
The location includes a yacht, but the boss can appear outside the vessel as well as aboard it.
Other players can contest the rewards, so securing the loot after the fight is still required.
Once obtained, players must use a Portable Sprite Extractor to secure the Sprite for their collection.
Alternative methods to find Lil Flacko include searching chests, completing Wanted Posters, or taking it from eliminated players, but these depend on luck.
"Trading Sprites in Fortnite Treasure Hunters is a good alternative to get the Lil Flacko Sprite, but given how rare it is, hardly anyone has found it yet," another outlet noted.
They recommend completing Wanted Posters and opening Fortnite Vaults to search Sprite Chests.
Wanted Posters are attached to walls around the map, more common in named areas.
Interacting with a poster gives a Sprite Treasure Map that leads to a buried Sprite Chest.
"The great thing about Buried Sprite Chests is that they contain Sprites that you don’t have in your collection," a guide stated.
There are 126 Wanted Posters and 45 buried Sprite Chest locations across Crossbones Isle.
Locations with high concentrations of buried chests include Cursed Cavern, Fortune's Fort, Loguetown, and Arlong Park.
What does the Lil Flacko Sprite do?
The Sprite's unique ability triggers upon landing.
"The Lil Flacko Sprite in Fortnite creates a small shockwave on landing, knocking back enemies," a guide stated.
This crowd control effect can create separation from opponents, which is particularly useful against close-range pressure or opponents using Zoro's Three Sword Style.
"Use Lil Flacko to interrupt close-range pressure, then follow up with your weapons," a guide advised.
The knockback becomes stronger as the Sprite levels up through activities like eliminating opponents, searching chests, and extracting Sprites.
As of update 43.00 on November 4, 2026, two variants are available: the standard version and a Fortune variant.
Fortune Flacko provides the same landing shockwave while also helping players locate more loot.
"Fortune Flacko is the more useful version for combining combat utility with chest searching," a guide said.
A new variant is due to be added this weekend, and another will be added with the next Fortnite update, scheduled for November 12, 2026.
Where is the best place to search for Lil Flacko?
The $.$. Rocky remains the best starting point even for players who skip the boss fight.
The point of interest contains two Sprite Chests and nine Wanted Posters, offering several acquisition opportunities in one location.
Other recommended locations to search include Loot Lagoon, Arlong Park, and the area around the One Piece Chest.
Players can also use Sprite Treasure Maps from Wanted Posters to locate buried Sprite Chests.
Gizmos like the Lucky Locator and Sprite Locator can assist the search but do not guarantee finding Lil Flacko.
"We recommend using a Fortune Fortnite Sprite to help locate chests easily," a guide suggested.
