Five Nights at Freddy's Pizzeria Arrives on Fortnite Map
The unmarked location contains animatronic bosses that players can defeat and possess for an extra life.
Five Nights at Freddy's has arrived in Fortnite with a full Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria location on the Battle Royale map as part of the Fortnitemares 2026 event.
The pizzeria is located in the north-central part of the island, between Freaky Fields and Nightmare Neighborhood, just south of a lake containing a Pac-Man-shaped island.
It is not a named point of interest, so it does not have a label on the map, making it easy to miss.
"Look for the lake with a Pac-Man-shaped island in it. The pizzeria sits just south of that lake, by a curved road surrounded by snowy trees," the TalkEsport guide states.
Inside the building, which recreates the setting from the first Five Nights at Freddy's game, players can find animatronic bosses that become hostile when approached.
The interior includes a dining area facing a raised stage, an arcade corner, and Pirate's Cove, a curtained side area where Foxy hides, along with security camera feeds and jump scares.
Defeating an animatronic allows a player to climb inside its suit and possess it, granting an extra 100 Health and Shield and effectively a second life.
"Once you have beaten a FNAF boss, they'll deactivate and allow you to climb inside the animatronic and 'possess' them, it's pretty cool," IGN's guide notes.
It only works once per suit, and after the extra health is depleted, the player is invincible for a brief period before continuing with their standard health bar.
Freddy Fazbear and Foxy the Pirate are consistently found inside the pizzeria, both positioned on the main stage.
Chica the Chicken and Bonnie the Rabbit, however, spawn at random locations across the island, though players report a higher likelihood of finding them in the Shaken Sanctuary area.
"We've found her three times atop a building on the northwest side of Shaken Sanctuary," the IGN guide says of Chica.
The pizzeria also contains a secret room accessible through a vent in a party room, which some players speculate could be an easter egg referencing series villain William Afton.
"Interact with the vent to open it and go through to the hidden room. While it's not confirmed to be an easter egg, it's still pretty cool. There's usually a chest in here, too," the guide adds.
Redington Cybersport reported in September that Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria would be a new map location when the Halloween event began.
Fortnitemares 2026 started on October 1 and is expected to run until around October 29, with the pizzeria likely to leave the map when the event concludes.
Paid skins for Freddy Fazbear, Chica, Bonnie and Foxy, including "Withered" styles from Five Nights at Freddy's 2, are available in the Item Shop for V-Bucks.
The free Fortnitemares reward skin is Jack-A-Nape, unlocked by completing 26 event quests.
