EA FC 27 Ultimate Team Adds Free Emiliano Buendía RTTK Card via Objective
The 84-rated live item for Aston Villa can earn upgrades based on the club's UEFA Champions League results.
EA FC 27 Ultimate Team has released a free Emiliano Buendía Road to the Knockouts player card through a new in-game objective.
Players can earn the untradeable 84-rated item by completing the Road to the Knockouts Event objective, which requires winning four matches across four specific difficulty levels.
"Make sure you play a match on each specific setting, as winning on greater difficulties will not automatically clear the lower tiers here," the objective notes state.
Finishing all four tasks rewards the Buendía card, a 10x 82+ player pack, an 83+ player pick, and a free Shadow Chemistry Style.
The card is a live item that can receive up to three additional upgrades based on how Aston Villa performs in the UEFA Champions League.
Emiliano Buendía UCL RTTK is listed with All Roles++ at the CAM, CM, LM, and LW positions.
"The biggest highlight of this card is its tactical flexibility," according to the notes.
His in-game attributes include 86 Agility, 91 Balance, 89 Composure, 90 Attacking Positioning, 82 Pace, 70 Defending, and 84 Aggression.
The card features the Technical and Press Proven PlayStyles, along with Finesse Shot, Incisive Pass, and Whipped Pass.
It also has 4-Star Skill Moves and a 4-Star Weak Foot.
"While 82 Pace is a bit slow for an out-and-out winger, it works well centrally when combined with 90 Attacking Positioning," the notes said.
Applying the Shadow Chemistry Style from the objective boosts the card's Pace to 90 and its Defending into the high 70s, potentially turning him into a "very capable box-to-box CM."
"Based on his detailed attributes, Buendía is built to operate in tight spaces," the notes added.
The objective is described as taking roughly an hour to complete.
"Completing the Road to the Knockouts Event objective for Emiliano Buendía UCL RTTK is well worth your time in EA FC 27," the notes concluded.
Redington Cybersport reported in November that EA FC 27 launched a Halloween-themed objective for special player cards.
