Stake Pulse Expands to Six CS2 Tournaments in 2027 with Increased Prize Pools
The tier-two circuit will feature six tournaments in Stockholm, with the first three each offering $80,000 in prize money.

Stake Esports will expand its Stake Pulse Counter-Strike 2 tournament series to six tier-two events in 2027, with increased prize pools.
The circuit will grow from three tournaments in 2026, with the first three events of the new year each featuring an $80,000 prize pool.
All six tournaments will be held at the Black Molly Entertainment studio in Stockholm, Sweden, the organizer said.
"Following the successful debut of the Stake Pulse tournament series in 2026, we’re glad to announce that the series will continue into 2027 with increased prize pools and a total of six tier 2 events," Stake Esports said in a post on X.
The first event of 2027 is scheduled to begin on February 16.
Three tournaments will be held in the first half of the year, followed by three more between July and October.
Each event will feature 16 teams, with two spots available through open qualifiers and the remaining 14 through open registration.
The format will remain unchanged, featuring four GSL groups played as best-of-three series, followed by an eight-team single-elimination playoff bracket.
"The circuit will retain its format of 16 teams per Beat with two spots up for grabs through qualifiers for each of the six Beats," the organizer's post stated.
Black Molly Entertainment will produce all events, and participating teams will receive all-inclusive packages covering accommodation, catering, local transport and private practice rooms.
"All events will be produced by @bmeproduction at the same Nordic studio with our all inclusive team packages covering accommodation, catering, transport and private practice rooms," the announcement said.
Further details on open registration will be announced closer to each event, the organizers confirmed.
The Stake Pulse series launched in 2026 with three tournaments held between August and October.
The first two editions featured $60,000 prize pools, while the third increased to $80,000.
Ninjas in Pyjamas won the third edition in October after defeating MIBR 2:1 in the grand final.
The event featured several teams competing for ranking points ahead of the PGL Singapore Major 2026 invitation deadline.
The series provided teams with additional opportunities to compete for prize money and improve their positions in the Valve Regional Standings.
The first three events of 2027 will offer a combined $240,000 in prize money.
The organizers have not yet announced the prize pools for the remaining three tournaments scheduled for the second half of the year.
With six tournaments scheduled for 2027, the circuit will offer more opportunities for tier-two teams to compete in LAN events throughout the season.
