Early reports detail a series of potential changes for Crypto, Lifeline, and Revenant alongside new map features and weapons in Apex Legends Season 31.

Lifeline's reported changes focus on mobility and support, including healing while gliding and a deployable revive shield, though the shield's size, durability, and exact behavior remain unclear.

The early information does not provide a specific cooldown reduction for her abilities.

Crypto is reportedly set for a drone rework centered on a battery system, allowing him to recall and redeploy the drone without repeatedly waiting through long cooldowns.

Battery capacity, recharge speed, and the detection rules for his reported Sentinel Mode will be key details to check in the final patch notes.

Revenant is said to be getting shorter cooldowns on his Tactical and Ultimate abilities, plus three new perks that reward aggressive play.

One perk reportedly refreshes an ability after a kill, another reduces Tactical cooldown on a knockdown, and a third applies a silence effect on a finisher.

The early wording does not clearly identify which ability refreshes or the exact conditions required, and the silence effect's range and duration have yet to be established.

New map locations called Strongholds are reportedly loot-filled areas that trigger an alarm and reveal a squad's position when opened.

Strongholds are said to contain a gold-tier weapon, a gold helmet or knockdown shield, and a Hardlight cover item.

Built-in cover and Hardlight would give a squad somewhere to defend the haul when another team comes looking, according to the reported details.

An Akimbo Wingman, allowing dual-wielding of the pistol, is another major claim in the early Season 31 information.

Damage, accuracy, reload speed, and availability for the Akimbo Wingman still need confirmation.

The early cosmetic lineup reportedly includes new skins for Wraith, Horizon, and Crypto, plus a Mythic Volt skin arriving during the season.

Names, prices, release dates, and unlock requirements for these cosmetics remain unverified, and it is unclear if they arrive at launch or through events later in the season.

Separately, a report claims Apex Legends players will receive three free Apex Packs to celebrate Titanfall 2's 10th anniversary.

The giveaway's eligibility rules and claim window have not been verified.

All reported details remain provisional until Respawn Entertainment confirms them in official Season 31 patch notes.

Redington Cybersport reported in October that Apex Legends Ranked will add a legend banning system for Diamond+ matches starting in November.
