International Stars Headline eFootball POTW Worldwide Pack for October 1
The October 1 Player of the Week selection will include 11 international players following UEFA Nations League and friendly matches.
Erling Haaland and other international stars are predicted to feature in the eFootball Player of the Week Worldwide pack releasing on October 1, 2026.
The pack will contain 11 players, as is standard, with selections based on performances in the ongoing UEFA Nations League and international friendlies.
Haaland, the Manchester City striker, is likely to lead the pack as the tournament's highest goalscorer so far.
Troy Parrott is also predicted for inclusion after breaking the deadlock for the Republic of Ireland against Israel.
"He broke the deadlock and helped his nation secure against Israel," the prediction notes said.
Atletico Madrid midfielder Alex Baena is a strong candidate after scoring and assisting following his substitution for Fabian Ruiz.
"He both scored and assisted in the match after getting subbed in for Fabian Ruiz," the notes said.
Michael Olise and Joao Felix are also noted for their contributions across two match weeks to help their nation stay at the top of their respective groups.
In midfield, Ermin Mahmić contributed to both attacking and defensive aspects, according to the notes.
Luka Modric broke the deadlock in a match against the Czech Republic.
Defenders Alessandro Bastoni and Kostas Tsimikas are predicted to be included after Bastoni scored a goal and Tsimikas provided an assist, respectively.
"Their contributions secured an important victory," the notes said.
Harry Souttar did a great job in the first friendly match against Brazil, the prediction states.
The pack will be available in the store from October 1, with the first try free and subsequent attempts costing 100 eFootball coins each.
Konami has not yet posted any threads on social media with a first look to a couple of players.
"The other content creators too haven't posted anything," the notes said.
The predicted list is based on performances from the first two matchdays of the UEFA Nations League.
The player cards will represent their countries instead of their respective clubs.
"Therefore, this week's POTW will be a bit different, and player cards will represent their countries instead of their respective clubs," the notes explained.
The likes of Haaland, Parrot, Yamal, Olise, and many popular faces are likely to debut or return in the pack.
The mechanics for acquiring players are the same as before.
