Anyone's Legend

Origins and Early Years

Anyone's Legend was established on 1 December 2021 when its parent organisation, the Chengdu based All Gamers, acquired the LPL competitive spot from the team Rogue Warriors. This move marked AG's formal entry into the top tier of Chinese League of Legends. The newly formed AL team spent its initial seasons building its foundation within the highly competitive LPL.

Progress was steady but not immediate. The team failed to reach the LPL playoffs in its first few splits. It was not until the summer split of 2024 that AL finally broke through and qualified for the postseason. Their debut playoff run ended in the third round, but it signalled the team's growing potential and set the stage for a significant roster overhaul.

The 2025 Breakthrough Season

Determined to compete at the highest level, AL made two major signings ahead of the 2025 season. They brought in top lane veteran Flandre, the 2021 World Champion, and star jungler Tarzan, a 2024 World Championship semifinalist. This infusion of experience and talent transformed the team's prospects almost immediately.

In the first split of 2025, AL topped its group in the regular season stage and advanced to its first ever LPL finals. There, they were defeated 3 1 by Top Esports. Undeterred, the team continued its strong form into the second split. After placing second in their group behind Top Esports again, AL began a flawless playoff run through the upper bracket. In the finals, they defeated the favoured Bilibili Gaming (BLG) with a 3 1 scoreline to claim the organisation's first ever LPL championship. This historic victory earned AL a spot at its first international tournament, the 2025 Mid Season Invitational.

International Debut at MSI 2025

As the LPL's first seed, AL entered the 2025 Mid Season Invitational directly into the bracket stage. The team started strong with a victory over North America's FlyQuest. A loss to South Korea's Gen.G then sent them to the lower bracket, where their resilience was tested.

AL fought back, first defeating the Taiwanese squad CTBC Flying Oyster and then securing a hard fought win against their domestic rivals, Bilibili Gaming, for the second time in a matter of weeks. This lower bracket run ended one step short of the grand finals, as AL was eliminated by the South Korean team T1. Despite the exit, the tournament served as a valuable introduction to the world stage for the newly crowned LPL champions.

Consolidating Success in 2026

AL proved its 2025 title was no fluke by maintaining its position among the LPL's elite. The team continued to be a formidable force in domestic competition throughout the 2026 season. Their consistency and skill culminated in a return to the league's grand finals, which served as the third split finals for that year.

In a rematch of their 2025 championship series, AL once again faced off against Bilibili Gaming. Demonstrating their championship pedigree, AL emerged victorious once more. This second LPL title carried even greater significance, as it secured the LPL's first seed qualification for the 2026 World Championship, the most prestigious event in League of Legends esports.

Organisational Identity and Future

Anyone's Legend operates as the flagship League of Legends division under the broader All Gamers (AG) brand. The organisation has also fielded teams under the AL name in other competitive titles. As of recent competitions, the team has participated under the combined banner AG.AL at events like the Esports World Cup, reflecting its deep roots within the All Gamers ecosystem.

From its acquisition of a legacy LPL spot to its back to back domestic championships, AL's journey has been one of rapid ascent. With two LPL titles and appearances at both MSI and the World Championship, Anyone's Legend has firmly established itself as a major power in Chinese and global League of Legends.
