Leaked Teaser for New VALORANT Agent Sparks Wild Fan Guesses
A second teaser for an unannounced agent has surfaced online as the world championship tournament continues.

A second teaser for an unannounced VALORANT agent has leaked online, sparking a wave of wild speculation from the community.
The leak account VALORANTLeaksEN shared the clip on Saturday, October 10, in the middle of the VALORANT Champions tournament, with the caption "Another Teaser for the New Agent // #VALORANT."
Riot Games has not announced a new agent, and the studio typically uses its flagship VALORANT Champions tournament to reveal new content.
Reactions to the brief footage varied wildly, with one player focusing on the character's apparent design. "White hair, tall, big eyes with mascara, I think this agent is either a European or east Asian," said @Xyner_xd.
Others were more abstract in their interpretations. "A magia dos xmen ta fazendo o que no valorant ?" asked @wesleyol, wondering what X-Men magic is doing in VALORANT.
Another user joked, "No way Harumi from ninjago is the new valorant agent!" said @justanaltacc9.
The notes state that every kit guess and meta prediction right now is built on a few seconds of footage.
The teaser emerged as the main event keeps burning through brackets. On Friday, October 9, the official esports account said goodbye to Paper Rex. "We're always honored to have you compete on the global stage. Till next time, @pprxteam! #VALORANTChampions," the @ValorantEsports account posted.
A day later, the same account gave a blunt update on fan predictions for the event, stating, "Pick'Ems are cooked. #VALORANTChampions."
Separately, an unofficial claim about a different VALORANT crossover spread online on Thursday, October 8. The account GamefxAI stated, "OMG!?! Opus 5.5 made Valorant playable in league of legends. Breach plays LOL." The claim was not confirmed and does not represent an official Riot Games project.
Outside of competitive news and leaks, the community shared other moments. One player posted, "found this old screenshot from when I played the valorant beta," referencing the game's June 2, 2020 launch.
Another popular social media post proposed a humorous, non-existent change to the game's Deathmatch mode. "Valorant Update Idea: Pressing shift in a DEATHMATCH for longer than 2 seconds should immediately kick you out 😆 Repeated offenders get a ban 🤣," joked @ValorantUpdated.
The notes conclude that until Riot makes an announcement, a leaked teaser and three confident guesses are all fans have to chew on.
With the tournament ongoing, Riot has yet to make any official announcement regarding a new agent.
